DescriptionReddish stoneware body in the shape of a fan with straight sides; opposite sides and interior walls covered with Oribe green glaze; typical central zone covered with transparent whiteish glaze over iron oxide decoration of wild grasses and birds on the interior and vertical lines on the interior. Artist's inscription on box lid, and with stylized katakana signature in lower left corner.
