DescriptionWheel-thrown pale buff body covered with whitish Shino-type glaze; underglaze iron oxide decoration in central depression of wild grasses; rim rubbed with iron oxide to affect oxidation of iron impurities in body; considereable iron oxide burning on unglazed areas of bottom.
