DescriptionChien Lung Canton square saucer with quatrefoil corners. One of a set of six wine cups and saucers decorated with scenes depicting old stories of the twenty-four paragons on filial piety. This saucer depicts a stern-looking man with his hand on a sword, facing a younger man and woman, standing in front of a round window with a tea set in the background.
