Translation: Ahmed ben Yelloub (34 years old) Corporal in the 2nd [regiment] of Algerian riflemen. Born in Oran. One meter, 60 centimeters tall, black hair, blue eyes; son of a Turkish father and Arab mother; Phot[ographed] in 1865.
